These terms describe the agreement that applies between Kahnawake Casino and you whenever you play on our site. Read them carefully before registering, since they govern your account, your funds and the games we offer.
Acceptance
Using our site means agreeing to these terms.
As soon as you register or make your first wager, these terms apply to you. Anyone who disagrees with them should not use the site.
Intellectual property
Our content belongs to us or our partners.
We own, or have permission to use, all the content you see here: the Kahnawake Casino name and logo, along with the site design, text and pictures. Game studios keep the rights to the games they make. Please get our written OK before copying, reselling or reusing any part of it.
Changes
You hear from us before new terms take effect.
We may update these terms if the law shifts, we add games or our service changes. You'll find the new text on this page with its start date. For big changes, we'll also send you an email. Playing on after the start date counts as agreeing to the updated terms.
Eligibility
Play is open only to people aged 19+ who are in Canada.

Deposits and withdrawals
All play is in Canadian dollars (CAD), with no casino fees.
- Deposit with Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Apple Pay, Online Banking / Trustly, Instadebit, Flexepin or eCheck.
- Withdraw with Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Online Banking / Trustly, Instadebit or eCheck.
- Minimum deposit: C$5. Minimum withdrawal: C$20.
- Maximum withdrawal: C$9,500 per Interac e-Transfer transaction and C$40,000 per bank transfer.
- Withdrawals through most payment methods move fast and normally land within 1 to 4 hours. Bank wire transfers are slower, so expect them to take up to 12 hours.
Deposits and withdrawals cost you nothing. Each method you pay with must be registered to you. We send withdrawals to your deposit method whenever we can.
Governing law
Canadian law applies.
The laws in force in Canada, including those of the place you play from, govern these terms. Any dispute that our complaints process does not resolve will be referred to the courts that have jurisdiction over it.
Prohibited conduct
Play honestly and play for yourself.
- Do not play for another person or let anyone else use your account.
- Playing through bots, scripts or other automated software is not allowed.
- Colluding with other players is not allowed, and this applies at live tables too.
- Do not use stolen payment details, commit fraud or make chargebacks in bad faith.
- Do not use the site to move money from crime.
If we spot any of this behaviour, we may hold back winnings, cancel bets and close the account.
Our liability
Our responsibility has limits.
We do our best to keep the site online without breaks, but downtime can still happen. Losses tied to your device, your connection to the internet, or things beyond our reach are not something we cover. If the law blocks us from limiting our liability, we take full responsibility.

Email us and we will check it out.
Send a message to [email protected]. Tell us your username, roughly when things went wrong and briefly what you saw. We'll answer by email with the result of our check and what happens next.

Game rules and fairness
Results are random and our games are tested.
Open any game to see how it plays and what it pays. Slots and digital table games use random number generator software, tested by eCOGRA / GLI, to decide outcomes. Live dealer games are settled by the posted table rules and the action on screen. Should a game or our system break down, every round and payout it touches is cancelled, and the money you staked on those rounds comes back to you.
Your account
One account for each person.
You may hold only one account with us. Provide accurate details when registering and keep them current. Your password must stay private. Any second account we discover will be closed, and we may void play made on it.
